Gold prices in Pakistan witnessed a decline on Tuesday, with Rs 1,000 per tola decrease recorded nationwide.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola fell by Rs 1,000, bringing it to Rs 426,436. The association also reported that the price of 10 grams of gold dropped by Rs 857, now standing at Rs 365,600.
In the global market, gold prices declined by $10 per ounce, with the new rate at $4,040 per ounce. Market analysts say the local drop follows the dip in international rates and fluctuations in the dollar-rupee exchange.
