Gold and silver prices witnessed an increase for the second day in a row in both international and local markets.
In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce increased by $20 to reach $4,181. Due to the rise in the international market, gold prices in the local bullion market also increased.
The price of gold per tola increased by Rs 2,000 to Rs 440,636, and the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs 1,715 to Rs 377,774. Similarly, the price of silver per tola increased by Rs 50 to Rs 6,578 and the price of 10 grams of silver increased by Rs 43 to Rs 5,639.
Gold prices have been on an upward trend in recent days due to instability in the international market.
