PESHAWAR: Residents of the provincial metropolis have been advised to make necessary arrangements as Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has announced a temporary suspension of gas supply in several areas of the city.
According to a notice issued by SNGPL, gas supply will be affected in parts of Peshawar due to essential maintenance work on a gas pipeline. The notice states that gas supply in Bara Road, Ring Road and adjoining areas will remain suspended from 8:30pm on Thursday, August 24, until 5:30am on Friday, August 25.
The SNGPL has advised residents in the affected areas to make the necessary arrangements in advance and exercise caution while using gas during the suspension period. The company said gas supply will be restored to normal in the affected areas once the pipeline work is completed.
