PESHAWAR: Former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Shah Farman resurfaced after years, revealing shocking details of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) internal accountability.
As a member of the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa internal accountability committee, he has announced a commitment to unbiased and transparent accountability within the party. He emphasized that PTI does not belong to any specific group or a select few individuals.
During a podcast with Pakhtun Digital, Shah Farman revealed that the accountability committee has received serious complaints against several prominent figures and that action is being initiated against them. He assured the public that these complaints would soon be made available to the media.
Stressing the importance of transparency in the accountability process, Shah Farman stated that no actions will be taken behind closed doors; everything will be openly disclosed to the media. He explained that any correspondence sent by the committee will also be shared publicly, including any responses received.
The former governor took a firm stance on party ownership, asserting that if a small group of individuals believes PTI is their personal property, they are mistaken. He reminded listeners that over the past 30 years, more than 100 PTI workers have sacrificed their lives for the party. He declared that PTI truly belongs to those martyrs and the dedicated workers who have made sacrifices under challenging circumstances.
