The Emirates Group has launched a major recruitment drive, offering more than 100 job opportunities across its aviation and corporate businesses, according to Arab media reports.
The vacancies are available in a range of fields, including information technology, engineering and maintenance, airport operations, logistics, human resources and customer service.
Interested candidates can apply through the group’s official careers portal. The positions come with a range of benefits, including tax-free salaries, furnished accommodation or housing allowances, comprehensive medical insurance, annual air tickets for employees and eligible family members, travel discounts and other benefits.
Among the most lucrative positions is that of a pilot, with an annual package of around AED 1.2 million (approximately $320,000). The package includes an average annual cash salary of about AED 575,000 based on 85 flight hours per month, along with company-provided accommodation, education allowances for up to three children, 42 days of annual leave, annual business-class travel for eligible family members, retirement savings contributions, comprehensive insurance coverage and eligibility for an annual profit-sharing scheme linked to company performance.
The group is also continuing recruitment for its National Cadet Pilot Programme. Trainees receive a monthly salary of AED 6,365 during the initial ground school and flight training phase, which increases to AED 18,335 during aircraft type-rating training and AED 31,745 during line training.
Upon completion of the programme, first officers receive a package of around AED 52,000 per month, including applicable allowances.
Emirates is also recruiting cabin crew members, who receive tax-free salaries comprising a basic monthly salary of AED 4,980 and flying pay of AED 69.60 per flight hour.
Based on average monthly flying hours, total monthly earnings are approximately AED 11,000, in addition to meal allowances, hotel accommodation during layovers and company-provided airport transportation.
