NORTH WAZIRISTAN: Security forces have killed eight Khawarij during an intelligence-based operation conducted in Datakhel, North Waziristan. Two of them have been identified as Afghan nationals.

According to the Security Forces, on April 1, 2026, in a successful operation in the Datakhel area of North Waziristan, security forces eliminated eight militants. The first identified terrorist is Amir Hamza Haqyar, son of Abdul Karim, and the second is Amir Abdul Rahim, son of Zar Wali, both from Paktia, Afghanistan.

This incident highlights how the Afghan Taliban are endangering peace and order in Pakistan by using terrorist groups within the country. As a result, Pakistan is taking stringent measures to ensure its border and internal security.

The country continues its operations against terrorists under Operation Ghazb-ul-Haqq, which aims not only to dismantle terrorist hideouts but also to protect its citizens, uphold the integrity of its borders, and establish lasting peace in the region.
