DC Islamabad has appealed to the citizens not to listen to rumors. In case of any emergency change in security, the administration will inform through official channels. This clarification comes after reports that the entry points and bus stations of Rawalpindi and Islamabad have been closed for security reasons in view of the expected second phase of peace talks between Iran and the US.
However, the Islamabad district administration has dismissed these reports and described life and transport in the city as normal.
