The claim made by Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) leader Shahbaz Gill was proven false, as the photo of an Army officer, Imran Ali, does not actually exist.

Sources informed Pakhtun Digital that there is no Army officer by the name of Captain Imran in the force. They stated that the photo used by the PTI leader in his vlog is fake and was randomly taken. This is seen as part of the PTI’s attempts to defame the armed forces with false claims.

The claim made by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shahbaz Gill has been proven false. He presented a photo of an Army officer named Imran Ali, but sources have confirmed that no such officer exists. According to information gathered by Pakhtun Digital, there is currently no Army officer by the name of Captain Imran in service. The photo used by Gill in his vlog has been identified as fake and was taken randomly. This incident is seen as part of the PTI’s attempts to defame the armed forces with misleading claims.

Shahbaz Gill speculated that the military court might initiate disciplinary action against Captain Ali for allegedly not following senior orders during PTI protests and rallies. He claimed that the Army could court-martial the captain for violating military discipline.

The image shared alongside the claim was also found to be fake and misleading, with a random photograph being falsely portrayed as that of a serving army captain to support the narrative.

Moreover, no confirmation or statement has been issued by credible or official military sources regarding such an incident. The claim appears to be a fabricated story designed to mislead the public, using a non-existent individual and an unauthenticated image.

The allegation spread by Shehbaz Gill is categorised as fake news, underscoring the importance of verifying politically sensitive claims before sharing them further.

This is not the first time that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has pushed a false narrative to influence the masses. Earlier, the nexus between Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and foreign elements in the UK  put the implementation of international laws and counter-terrorism requirements to a serious test.

According to reports, PTI has ignored all moral, legal, and international boundaries while promoting an anti-Pakistan agenda to achieve its political interests.

For a long time, the soil of the UK has been used by some fugitive YouTubers and miscreants associated with the PTI for systematic propaganda against Pakistan and the Pakistani Armed Forces, allegedly under foreign patronage.
