PESHAWAR:Most of the Students who had applied for various posts of Secondary School teacher (CT) and, Primary School teacher (PST) criticies and betrayed due to tough module of the ETEA test and said that there was no need of negative marking in teaching cadre posts.
Talking to Pakhtun Digital Niaz Muhammad one of the candidates who had applied for PST and CT post said that the ETEA has badly affected the career of the students as first it took long time to conduct test and when the test was conducted it was too difficult with negative marking which results failure of 90% students.
He informed that there was no need to conduct test on the method of medical entry test because the teaching applicants are not familiar with this methodology and negative marking. He said that on one hand applicants are jobless while on the other hand PTI experimenting on these jobless students.
It was responsibility of ETEA and elementary education department to consider simple way for conducting test as most of the students were new and they were not familiar with this type of tough test which ultimately results their failure.
When asked Muhammad Taeeb Supervisor in ETEA administration, he said that it was really difficult test and now it is being reviewed that how to make the process more streamline. He hoped that future tests will have no negative marking if this ratio of failure was retained.
