ISLAMABAD: Senior leader of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Abid Sher Ali, has asked the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government not to repeat mistakes but rather to learn from them i.e., threatening. He mentioned that the political atmosphere is indeed very serious by the current situation.

Abid Sher Ali in relation to the current protests, said there is no need for peaceful demonstrations to be conducted in the case that a ceasefire has already been agreed upon in Gaza.

He further asked, “What was their reason for the protests in the past three days? There was a show on the streets, and it is still not clear who religious group was fighting against,” he stated.

He went on to say that if the intention was to submit a memorandum, it could have been done through the passage of an official delegation. In addition, he pointed out that while the attack on Afghanistan happened, the religious group was also on the streets henceforth, the situation needs to be understood and the root causes diagnosed.
