MUMBAI: Actress Anushka Sharma and Indian cricket star Virat Kohli have spent crores on property purchases in Mumbai, while Anushka Sharma and her parents have bought three apartments on the same floor.
According to details in Indian media, Anushka Sharma and her parents have purchased three apartments in the luxury residential project ‘Godrej SkyShore’ located in the Versova area of Mumbai, with a total value of 44 Crore INR.
According to the report, Anushka Sharma bought an apartment measuring 2,153 square feet for 14.89 Crore INR, while her parents bought an adjacent apartment of 1,577 square feet for 10.91 Crore INR. The total price of both apartments is 25.80 Crore INR. Both purchase agreements were registered on July 8, 2026. Anushka Sharma paid 74.50 lakh INR as stamp duty for her apartment, while her parents paid 65.40 lakh INR. The report states that both apartments are part of an under-construction project and possession is expected by June 30, 2031.
Anushka Sharma’s apartment also includes three dedicated parking spaces. On the other hand, Anushka Sharma and her husband Virat Kohli have also jointly purchased another apartment in the same residential project for 18.29 Crore INR. The agreement for this purchase was registered on July 21, 2026, and the couple paid approximately 1.09 Crore INR in stamp duty. Thus, the total value of all properties in the recent purchases has reached 62.29 Crore INR, further increasing the famous couple’s real estate investment in Mumbai. It is worth noting that Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have previously invested in properties in the coastal area of Alibaug in addition to Mumbai. After the recent purchases, more valuable properties have been added to their real estate portfolio.
