PESHAWAR: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has extended the interim bail of former provincial minister and PTI leader Taimur Saleem Jhagra till October 6 in the May 9 Radio Pakistan attack case.
The case was heard by ATC Judge Wali Muhammad, during which Taimur Saleem Jhagra and his counsel Ali Gohar Durrani Advocate appeared before the court.
During the hearing, the petitioner’s lawyer informed the court that Taimur Saleem Jhagra is a former provincial minister and he has been nominated in the case in the police progress report.
The lawyer further told the court that Taimur Saleem Jhagra is joining the investigation.
The court extended the interim bail of Taimur Saleem Jhagra till October 6 and adjourned the hearing of the case.
