ISLAMABAD: Mahnoor Safdar, the youngest daughter of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, is reportedly set to tie the knot with Azaan Jabbar, son of businessman Jabbar Khalid.
According to sources, the couple’s nikah will take place on September 12 at 5pm at Jati Umra in a private ceremony attended by close family members and relatives.
Azaan Jabbar is from a business family, and he is the son of Jabbar Khalid who is connected with flour milling industry.
Both Mahnoor Safdar and Azaan Jabbar have reportedly studied at SOAS University of London, where they got higher education.
Preparations for the Nikah have been completed and it will be a family event only without any lavish celebration.
The marriage is being held soon after Mahnoor Safdar completed her higher studies in London. The Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz recently attended the graduation ceremony of her daughter and expressed her joy over the completion of the education.
The chief minister said it was a special occasion for her as she witnessed the graduation of her youngest daughter.
Mahnoor Safdar got her degree on completion of the September 2026 graduation ceremonies of SOAS University of London in central London.
