ISLAMABAD: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Islamabad has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for KP Chief Minister Sohail Afridi, Meena Khan Afridi, Shahid Khattak and Shafi Jan.
The court issued the warrants in Ramnā Police Station case No. 975/24, in which the four individuals have been nominated as accused.
The court directed the Station House Officer (SHO) of Ramna Police Station to arrest all four accused and present them before the court.
According to the case details, Sohail Afridi, Meena Khan Afridi, Shahid Khattak and Shafi Jan have been booked under terrorism-related and other serious charges.
The Anti-Terrorism Court instructed police authorities to ensure the arrest of all four accused and produce them before the court in accordance with the legal process.
The development comes as the court continues proceedings in the case registered at Ramna Police Station.
