PESHAWAR: Gold has become more expensive by $8 per ounce in the international market to $4404, while in the local market the price surged by Rs 800 per Tola of 24 Karat.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association, 24-carat gold has become more expensive by Rs800 per tola across the country to Rs462,936, while the price of ten grams of gold has increased by Rs686 to Rs396,893.
The price of silver per tola has increased by Rs72 to Rs7141, while in the international market, gold has become more expensive by $8 per ounce to $4404. Earlier to this the Gold price witnessed a continuous drop for several business days as the global fluctuation of the precious element hit lowest point yesterday.
