ISLAMABAD: The federal government has announced another increase in the prices of petroleum products, with new rates for petrol and diesel coming into effect from September 3.
The Petroleum Division has issued a notification outlining the revised fuel prices.
According to the notification, the price of petrol has been increased by Rs2.29 per litre, taking the new price to Rs346.16 per litre.
The government has also raised the price of high-speed diesel by Rs1.11 per litre. The new diesel price has been set at Rs372.03 per litre.
