Pakistani goods worth Rs 2.8 billion were also exported to China and Central Asian countries through Khunjerab Pass. According to Pakistan Customs officials, during the fiscal year 2025-26, a revenue of Rs 15 billion was collected through Khunjerab Pass compared to Rs 13.67 billion in the previous year.

Exported goods include surgical equipment, garments, rice, leather products, carpets, fruits, vegetables and handicrafts. Strict inspection of imported goods at the Khunjerab Pass and the prevention of smuggling through a common system have been made more effective. Pakistan’s growing trade activities are promoting the access of domestic products to global markets.
