ISLAMABAD: Pakistani actress Nimra Khan and her former husband, UK-based pilot Zain Hamid, have confirmed their divorce, just three months after their marriage.

Hamid confirmed the separation in an Instagram post, saying he divorced Khan on July 17 due to personal differences and differing priorities.

The couple had married in May 2026 in the United Kingdom. Following their marriage, Khan had publicly expressed happiness about starting a new chapter in her life. However, speculation about their separation began circulating after social media posts by Khan’s father.

At the time, Khan had maintained that everything was fine. She also removed or hid several wedding pictures from social media, explaining that she preferred to keep the images private to protect her marriage from the evil eye.

Some of Khan’s subsequent Instagram posts were interpreted by social media users as indirect messages aimed at her husband.

In confirming the divorce, Hamid stated that it was not meant to hold either party accountable. He went further to say that the legal proceedings were underway and that it will be managed by their attorneys.

Hamid confirmed that the divorce was mutual and wished Khan well. Furthermore, he pointed out that divorcing is not an easy process for both men and women.

Khan is a popular Pakistani TV actress who has starred in many drama series, among which include Aangan-e-Junoon, Uraan, Mehrban, Mujhe Khuda Pe Yaqeen Hai, Choti Si Zindagi, Khoob Seerat and Baaghi.
