PESHAWAR: Women University Mardan and Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan will jointly organise the 1st International Conference on Art, Design & Cultural Heritage (IcADCH) from September 19 to 21, 2026, at Khanaspur, Galiyat.
As per details, the three-day international conference aims to bring together artists, researchers, academicians, designers and students from Pakistan and abroad to discuss contemporary issues in art, design and cultural heritage.
The participants will present research papers and exchange ideas on subjects including visual arts, literature, music, fashion, cultural preservation, art education and creative industries.
An exhibition featuring paintings, photography, sculptures, crafts and research posters will also be held alongside the conference, providing a platform for artists and researchers to showcase their work.
According to the organisers, the event is intended to promote academic collaboration, encourage cultural dialogue and highlight the importance of preserving cultural heritage through research and innovation.
The deadline for abstract submission, registration and full paper/poster submissions is August 31, 2026. Researchers, students and professionals from across the country and abroad will participate in the conference.
