ISLAMABAD: Gold prices posted a modest recovery in both Pakistan and the international market on Wednesday, following two consecutive sessions of decline.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold increased by Rs900 per tola, reaching Rs425,036.

Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of gold stood at Rs364,399.

Silver prices remained unchanged, with one tola of silver holding steady at Rs6,289.

In the international market, the price of gold rose by $9 per ounce to $4,026, reflecting a slight improvement in global bullion prices.
