Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in a message has said to the people of Jordan that Iran has no enmity with Jordan or its people, but its actions are only aimed at the US military bases and US military presence in the region.

The statement issued by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps said that Iran respects the people of Jordan and considers them a friendly and dignified nation. The statement said that ‘We have no enmity with your country, but we love the great people of Jordan.’

According to the IRGC, the people of Jordan understand the suffering and hardships of the Palestinian people well and are also well aware of the destruction and loss of human lives in Gaza.

The statement further said that the presence of US military bases in the region is leading to increased tension. Iran believes that if US military bases are removed from the region, not only will the Palestinian people benefit but the prospects for peace and stability in the entire Middle East will also increase.

The Revolutionary Guards concluded their message by expressing their best wishes for Jordan, saying that they wish for Jordan’s success and peace in the region.

This statement comes at a time when tensions between Iran and the US continue to rise and various countries are concerned about military activities in the region.
