PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has approved the immediate transfer and posting of three Grade-18 Provincial Management Service (PMS) officers, according to an official notification issued by the Human Resource Management Department.

As per the notification, Additional Deputy Commissioner (General), Dera Ismail Khan, Javed Ali (PMS BS-18) has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance and Planning), Mardan.

In another posting, Syed Fahd Iftikhar, previously serving as Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance and Planning) in Mardan, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Culture, Tourism, Archaeology and Museums.

Meanwhile, Syed Muhammad Arsalan, who was awaiting posting in the Human Resource Management Department (OSD), has been assigned as Additional Deputy Commissioner (General), Dera Ismail Khan, replacing Javed Ali.

The reshuffle is part of routine administrative adjustments aimed at improving governance and departmental efficiency across the province.

KP Government Announces Key Transfers and Appointments

Similarly, on June 8, the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has issued official orders for a series of key administrative transfers and new appointments across the province, citing public interest and administrative efficiency as the driving factors.

According to the official notification from the Human Resource Management Department, Muhammad Asif Rahim (PAS BS-19), Additional Secretary of the Administration Department, has been appointed as Deputy Commissioner of North Waziristan.

On similar lines, Mansoor Arshad (PAS BS-19), Additional Secretary in the Health Department, has been made Deputy Commissioner of Mohmand and Irfanullah Khan (PMS BS-18), Deputy Secretary in the Planning & Development Department, will work as Deputy Commissioner of South Waziristan Upper.

In the notification, it was further directed to Muhammad Yasir Hassan, Muhammad Yousuf Karim, and Asmatullah to report immediately at the Human Resource Management Department.

These transfers and appointments were said to be for the purpose of improving administrative efficiency and providing better services to the public. It has been asked of the concerned authorities to implement these orders as soon as possible.
