Balochistan Reality Check has reported that it has uncovered a misleading propaganda campaign allegedly orchestrated by X-handles associated with India’s intelligence agency, the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW).
The report indicates that various social media accounts linked to RAW disseminated several spreadsheets to create a false narrative.
These spreadsheets contained conflicting figures regarding the number of soldiers involved. For instance, a spreadsheet shared by the X-handle “Raziq Baloch” claimed there were 6 Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) and 78 personnel, while another sheet shared by the X-handle of Adil Raja indicated there were 9 JCOs and 51 personnel. Additionally, a third sheet from another X-handle, Bahut, reported 6 JCOs and 58 soldiers.
