Gold prices have risen again in both local and international markets, as reported by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
This latest increase saw the price of 24-karat gold rise by Rs1,000 per tola, indicating ongoing volatility in global bullion markets. According to the association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola has now reached Rs492,362 in Pakistan’s local market.
Additionally, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs858, bringing it to Rs422,121. Jewellers attribute this rise to an increase in international gold prices and fluctuations in interbank exchange rates.
