The Principal of Forces School System, Gulzar Quaid, Islamabad, Bushra Irfan, has made serious allegations against the Dera Ismail Khan (DI Khan) Police of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Addressing a press conference at the National Press Club, Islamabad, the female principal said that on April 28 at 9 am, a person dressed in a Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police uniform, along with four other accomplices, came to her school and said We have a pass warrant against you.
The woman revealed that when she asked for a mobile phone to talk to her husband or lawyer, the officials said that the DIG had ordered that she be tied up, dragged, and brought in the trunk of a car.
She further said that she was forcibly made to sit in a private car, and her mobile phone was also taken away from her so that she could not contact anyone. Bushra Irfan said while crying that she was made to sit in a private car for two hours among non-mahram men, which is completely wrong morally and legally.
She further said that the police officials did not show any FIR, nor did they present any arrest warrant, nor was there any female police officer with her during this operation. According to the victim, the officials wanted to take her forcibly to DI Khan police station, and in front of her, they called her husband and demanded to send Rs 120,000 for five servants.
The victim, the female principal, also showed the police officials the transactions of Rs 50,000 that had been sent. Bushra Irfan has strongly protested this situation and appealed to the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Chief Minister of Punjab, and higher authorities to provide immediate protection and take strict action against the police personnel involved, and provide justice.
