QUETTA: Security forces in Balochistan have successfully carried out a timely and effective operation against militants affiliated with the group “Fitna-e-Hindustan,” resulting in the deaths of several terrorists. The operation, based on intelligence reports, was carried out in the remote area of Yakmach.
According to sources, the security forces conducted a targeted operation in the area, supported by aerial assistance. Armed drones were deployed to strike militant hideouts, ensuring precise damage to their operations. The operation was part of ongoing efforts to disrupt militant activities in the region and secure the area from further threats.
Officials confirmed that at least five terrorists were killed during the operation. These militants have been identified as belonging to the “Fitna-e-Hindustan” group, a faction linked to destabilizing activities in the region. During the operation, the security forces fully secured the area and conducted additional clearance operations to eliminate any remaining threats.
Security sources indicated that the forces utilized advanced technology and aerial capabilities to deal a significant blow to the terrorist network. Earlier, Security forces have successfully thwarted an attempt by members of the banned group “Fitna Al-Hindustan ” to set up a roadblock on the M-40 highway near Dalbandin, Balochistan. The forces engaged in a fierce clash with the militants, resulting in the deaths of 6 to 7 operatives of the group.
According to official sources, the confrontation took place earlier today as the militants tried to establish a roadblock to disrupt security operations in the region. However, security forces responded swiftly, neutralizing the threat.
In the ensuing firefight, 3 security personnel tragically lost their lives. Authorities have confirmed that the operation is ongoing, with further searches being carried out in the area to ensure the complete eradication of the militants.
