KOHAT: Two women died and two others injured, when the roof of a house belonging to a person named Khalid Shalit suddenly collapsed in Shakardara Ghar Kala.
According to Rescue 1122, two girls were also seriously injured in the incident. As soon as the information was received, the teams of Rescue 1122 Kohat immediately reached the spot and started timely rescue operations.
Rescue 1122 personnel shifted the injured and the bodies to Civil Hospital Shakardara. The deceased were identified as Wife of Khalid, 50 years old, and Wife of Fahimullah, 20 years old, while the injured included Momina Bibi, daughter of Fahimullah, 16 months old, and Masmat (AS), daughter of unknown, 12 years old.
The recent rain has caused widespread incidents in the province and also put the muddy houses in risk which sometimes suddenly collapse, causing losses of precious lives.
