The Supreme Court rejected bail for the accused involved in the killing of a youth while quarrelling over taking transgender person with his friend.

During the hearing of the case in the Supreme Court, it was revealed that the youth killed during the firing in the quarrel over taking transgender with him was married two days ago. According to medical reports, the accused is perfectly fine, cannot be granted bail, Supreme Court rejects the application. The Supreme Court rejected the bail application of murder accused Akhtar Ali.

During the hearing, the public prosecutor told the court that a medical examination was conducted at the request of the accused. Justice Musarat Hilali said that according to the medical report, the accused is perfectly fine. The petitioner’s lawyer, while giving arguments in the court, said that we were going on a bike when the other party opened fire on us. The public prosecutor told the court that this was a case of cross-firing, in which a passerby named Shahzeb was killed.

Justice Masrat Hilali said that the young man got married 2 days ago. The accused killed the innocent young man instead of each other. Justice Jamal Mandokhel inquired whether, according to the police investigation, the victim was killed by firing. To which the public prosecutor said that no accused was linked to the murder in the police investigation.

Justice Jamal Mandokhel said that if the killer is not found, then a case of further investigation will be made. He asked who fired first? To which the police official told the court that the parties argued for taking the eunuchs with them, and two persons from each sides were injured.
