Former England captain Michael Vaughan has revealed he was locked in a restaurant during the shooting on the beach in Sydney, Australia.

Michael Vaughan was with his family at a restaurant near the beach at the time of the shooting. In this regard, Michael Vaughan says that being locked in a restaurant was very scary. We reached home safely, and he thanked the emergency forces and those who fought with the terrorists.

He said that the restaurant bouncer came to me with a gun in his hand and asked me to go inside. We were a few hundred steps away from the attack. “We were six people there: my wife, her sister, my two daughters, and their friend. I tried to keep myself as calm as I could,” he informed.
