Pakistan Cricket Team’s White Ball Head Coach Mike Hesson discharged from Hospital after successful surgery of an unusual lump.
Mike Hesson had an unusual lump (Facet Synovial Cyst) in his spine, due to which he was facing severe pain and nerve pressure. Instead of returning to New Zealand for treatment, he trusted the local medical experts in Lahore and decided to undergo the operation here.
The operation was completed under the supervision of renowned surgeon Dr. Asif Bashir and the PCB medical team at a private hospital in Lahore. Mike Hesson thanked Dr. Asif Bashir and the PCB medical team in his message on social media for taking the best care of him.
After the surgery, the doctors have advised him to take complete rest for two weeks. Mike Hesson has now left Lahore for his homeland, New Zealand, where he will spend time with his family and stay there until he recovers completely.
Mike Hesson made a special mention of his personal security officer ‘Mubashar’ in his statement, saying that he looked after him like a friend and nurse during his illness, which was a pleasant experience for him.
In Mike Hesson’s absence, other members of the team management will take over the responsibilities, however, no final date has been announced for his return yet. PCB officials say that Mike Hesson will resume his responsibilities once he is fully fit.
