ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has announced that the vehicles returned by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government will be given to Balochistan.
Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti had requested the Federal Interior Minister on social media that the bulletproof vehicles returned by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government should be provided to Balochistan.
Responding immediately to the Chief Minister’s request, Mohsin Naqvi announced that the bulletproof vehicles returned from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will now be given to Balochistan. It should be noted that Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sohail Afridi has directed the Federal Interior Minister to return the bulletproof vehicles given to the police.
Sohail Afridi said that the bulletproof vehicles provided to the police by the Federal Interior Minister are defective and old, this is a mockery with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police, these vehicles should be returned, the security taken from former chief ministers should be returned so that their protection is ensured, law and order is the first priority of our government, there can be no compromise on this.
