Fugitive YouTuber Adil Raja, currently in the United Kingdom, has been ordered by a London High Court judge to publicly apologise to Brigadier (Retd) Rashid Naseer. The judge directed that the apology must be displayed on Adil Raja’s X, Facebook, YouTube, and website pages for a duration of 28 days.

High Court Judge Richard Spearman KC rendered this decision during a hearing. Adil Raja is required to pay a total of £310,000 in damages and court costs by December 22. The breakdown includes £50,000 in damages and £260,000 in court costs, with additional costs to be estimated later, which will also need to be paid by Adil Raja.

The judge rejected Adil Raja’s application for an appeal against this ruling. Furthermore, a restraining order was issued against him, preventing him from repeating the defamatory statements in the future. It is important to note that in the judgment delivered in October, the judge had deemed Adil Raja’s allegations against Brigadier (Retd) Rashid Naseer as baseless.

Brigadier Rashid Naseer was present in court to hear the decision, while Adil Raja’s lawyers attended on his behalf.
