The toss for the fifth match of the Under-19 Asia Cup, which was scheduled for 9:30 a.m., could not take place on time because of the rain and wet ground conditions. Consequently, the two captains did not shake hands during the toss.
After winning the toss, Pakistan’s captain, Farhan Yousuf, stated that there is no pressure in today’s match and expressed their intention to restrict the Indian team to a low score.
