ISLAMABAD: Two women killed when a speedy vehicle hit a scooter at Secretariat Chowk on constitutional avenue(Shahrah-e-Dastur) Highway, killing two women.

According to police sources, the deceased women were identified as Samreen and Tabinda. A case of the incident was registered at the Secretariat police station on the complaint of the deceased girl Samreen’s brother.

Police said that they police have arrested the driver of the vehicle. The brother of Samreen told police that his sister was returning to her friend’s house from the Pakistan National Council of Art(PNCA) when he got a call from his sister’s number, informing him that she had been in a fatal accident and was admitted to the hospital. The victim’s brother said that when he went to the hospital, his sister and her friend were found dead. Police sources said that the father of the arrested driver Abuzar belongs to the judiciary.
