Two provincial ministers of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government cabinet have resigned due to a rift that has emerged within the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) leadership in the province after KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur met PTI founder Imran Khan at Adiala Jail the other day.
According to sources, a rift has emerged among the leadership of the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and intensified after KP CM Ali Amin Gandapur complained to Imran Khan about his ministers.
Former speaker of the National Assembly, Asad Qaisar Khan, also confirmed the developments by tweeting on X on Tuesday.

Mr Qaisar stated that Provincial Minister of Irrigation, Mr Aqibullah Khan and Minister of Education, Mr Faisal Khan Tarakai, resigned from the cabinet
Sources say that both ministers were accused of conspiring against the Chief Minister, Ali Amin Gandapur.
