BANNU (Salman Ali Khan): A 4-year-old innocent girl lost her life, and two others were seriously injured in the firing of unknown persons in the Hasni Darashah Surani area of Bannu district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to Rescue 1122, teams reached the spot as soon as the information was received, and the body of the deceased girl and the two injured were immediately shifted to the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital.
Hospital sources say that the injured are being provided medical assistance.
Police officials say that, according to initial investigations, the incident appears to be the result of long-standing enmity; however, the scope of the investigation has been expanded to find out the real reasons.
Immediately after the incident, the accused managed to escape from the scene, and the police have started a search operation and search in the area to arrest them.
The police are determined that the killers of the innocent girl will soon be brought to justice.
