COLOMBO: In the 12th group match of the T20 World Cup, the United States won the toss and decided to field first against Pakistan.
In this match to be played in Colombo, Sri Lanka, the US captain Monanak Patel invited the national captain Salman Agha to bat.
Speaking after the toss, Salman Agha said that a change has been made in the team for today’s match, under which Usman Tariq has been included in the playing eleven in place of Salman Mirza.
US captain Monanak Patel said that his team will bowl hard to stop Pakistan at a low score and reminded that his team showed an excellent performance in the previous match.
It is pertinent to mention that Pakistan had defeated the Netherlands by three wickets in the first match of its group after a thrilling contest, while the United States could not win the match against India.
