ISLAMABAD: Tremors of 6.3 magnitude earthquake felt across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Northern Pakistan.
A 6.3 magnitude earthquake felt in different parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Bajaur, Swat, Mardan, Malakand, Mohmand and Charsadda.
According to the National Seismic Monitoring center, the earthquake occurred at a depth of 12 kilometers , with its epicenter located at latitude 36.71 N and longitude 67.46 E in central Afghanistan.
So far, there have been no immediate reports of structural damage. However, relevant authorities have been directed to assess the situation and ensure the safety of residents in affected areas.
Disaster management and emergency response teams remain on alert, and citizens have been advised to stay cautious and follow safety protocols in the event of aftershocks.
