BAJAUR: Federal Minister of State Mubarak Zeb Khan’s house in Bajaur was attacked with a hand grenade by unknown individuals. The grenade exploded, causing significant damage to a vehicle parked outside, but fortunately, there were no casualties.
Upon receiving reports of the incident, a large contingent of Bajaur police quickly arrived at the scene, cordoning off the area and collecting evidence. District Police Officer Waqas Rafique stated that the investigation into the attack is ongoing, and all aspects are being thoroughly reviewed.
This marks the third attack on Mubarak Zeb Khan’s home in Bajaur.

Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Tribal Affairs and Member National Assembly (MNA) Mubarak Zeb Khan handed over Rs. 20 million in relief cheques among the families afflicted with floods in Jabrari, Salarzai Tehsil of Bajaur District.
As part of relief efforts by the federal government, the minister distributed Rs. 2 million compensation cheques to the kin of 10 people who died in the recent floods in the area.
There was a formal cheque distribution ceremony at the Deputy Commissioner Bajaur office, which was graced by Additional Deputy Commissioner General Shahid Rafiq Gandapur, local administration officials, General Secretary of Khar Bazaar Sajad Karwan, and the victimised families.
Addressing this occasion, Minister of State and MNA Mubarak Zeb Khan showed solidarity with the mourning families, giving them assurances of permanent support.
Nobody can be paid for the loss of human life,” he explained. “But through this assistance, we wish the families to know that the government is with them during their suffering and loss.”
