Indian teams have broken all records of sports misconduct and after the controversy over not shaking hands during the Asia Cup, the matter has become more serious and Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav has taken a strong stance on the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) and PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi for not receiving trophy from Mohsin Naqvi in case of victory.

According to Indian media, Suryakumar Yadav has sent a message to the ACC that if India wins the Asia Cup, he will not receive the trophy from Mohsin Naqvi. Yadav says that Mohsin Naqvi’s presence at the trophy presentation is unacceptable.

The dispute between the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the ICC has already put the Asia Cup under severe pressure. The incident of not shaking hands between India and Pakistan on Sunday further strained the situation, after which the PCB also threatened to withdraw from the tournament.

In his response on the social media platform X, Mohsin Naqvi said that it is extremely disappointing to see the lack of sportsmanship in the game today. “Dragging politics into the game is against its true spirit. Hopefully, all the teams will celebrate future victories with dignity and decency.”

Matters related to the future of the Asia Cup are still uncertain and the next few days are considered very important in this regard.
