PESHAWAR: Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sohail Afridi, inaugurated newly constructed residential flats for government employees. A comprehensive briefing on the project was presented during the inauguration ceremony.
Officials reported that 96 modern residential flats, each covering an area of 1,000 square feet, have been built in the civil quarters of Peshawar. This project spans an area of 6.91 kanals and consists of a basement and a four-story building, with 24 flats available on each floor.
During the briefing, it was noted that essential services such as electricity, water, gas, security, parking, and other basic facilities have been provided in the residential flats to ensure that government employees enjoy a better living environment.
At the event, the Chief Minister emphasised that government employees are a valuable asset to the government and that their welfare is a top priority. He assured that the provincial government will continue to expand residential projects and reform the housing sector to provide quality facilities for employees in the future.
