DOHA: Pop icon Shakira has announced the postponement of her highly anticipated concert in Qatar due to the escalating conflict in the Middle East. Shakira’s management team declared that the concert will be postponed because current area conditions create excessive safety hazards that threaten both the performer and her audience.
