SWAT: Regional Transport Authority(RTA) Malakand division issues a new fare list after the federal government reduced diesel prices from September 16, 2025.
The Regional Transport Authority Malakand division, has issued a new fare list for diesel-powered vehicles. According to a notification issued by the Secretary Regional Transport Authority, Malakand Division, the price of diesel per litre in Malakand Division has been fixed at Rs 279.
According to the new fare for Swat district of Malakand Division, the flying coach fare from Mingora via Motorway to Peshawar is Rs 579 and the fare of a regular bus is Rs 550, the flying coach fare to Mardan is Rs 315 and the fare of a regular bus is Rs 299, the flying coach fare from Mingora to Mardan via Motorway to Pir Baba is Rs 312 and the fare of a regular bus is Rs 296, the flying coach fare from Mingora to Sawari is Rs 226 and the fare of a regular bus is Rs 215, the flying coach fare from Mingora to Swabi is Rs 197 and the fare of a regular bus is Rs 187, the flying coach fare from Mingora to Swabi via Motorway to Swabi is Rs 382 and the fare of a regular bus is Rs 363.

The notification said that 50 percent of the fare will be collected from students of educational institutions, madrasas, disabled people, and senior citizens above the age of sixty.
