ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s cricket team’s all-rounder Imad Wasim confirmed on Sunday that he has parted ways with his wife. Mr Wasim announced this on his Instagram account.
In a statement released on social media, he revealed that after considerable reflection and due to unresolved differences that have arisen over the past few years, he has legally filed for divorce.
Imad said that this is a deeply personal decision and requested that the public, fans, and the media respect his privacy. He specifically asked people to refrain from sharing or using old photos of the couple and to avoid referring to his ex-wife as his spouse moving forward.
