The Punjab government has made an immediate change in leadership in Rawalpindi. Transferred director general of Rawalpindi development authority to the position of Director General of the agency for barani areas development.
Mrs. Kinza Murtaza (PAS/BS-19), formerly the Director General of the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), has been transferred to the position of Director General of the Agency for Barani Areas Development (ABAD) in Rawalpindi, filling a vacant post under Section 9 of the PCS Act, 1974.
In the meantime, Muhammad Abdul Aamer Khattak (PAS/BS-20), the Commissioner of Rawalpindi Division, has been given the additional responsibility of serving as the Director General of the RDA. He will hold this position along with his current duties until further notice.
