Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf provincial President Junaid Akbar has said that PTI did not accept this amendment before and will not accept it today, saying the party will not bow down to political pressure.

According to details, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Junaid Akbar has once again made it clear that the party does not accept any unpopular amendment. Talking to the media at the Judicial Complex, Junaid Akbar said, “We did not accept this amendment before and we do not accept it today either.”

Junaid Akbar further said that the week when there is no case against us, it causes doubts for us that we have not deviated from our principled loyalty. He termed this as a “misunderstanding” and said that PTI and its leaders are not going to be intimidated by any pressure or unconstitutional measures.

The PTI leader stressed that the party still stands on the same stand it stood on February 8. He said that the party will stand by its manifesto and public promises at all costs and will not accept any amendment or decision based solely on political pressure.

Junaid Akbar’s statement makes it clear that the PTI leadership is consistent in its stance and the party leaders will not bow to any pressure to protect public and constitutional rights.
