ISLAMABAD: Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, one of the top universities in Italy, has announced renewable merit-based scholarships for international students, including Pakistani nationals, for the academic year 2026/2027. The scholarships are available for both undergraduate and graduate studies.
The scholarships are worth €10,000 per year and are renewable for the entire duration of the course. The courses are taught in both Italian and English languages.

Bachelor’s Program:
8 merit scholarships
€10,000 per year
Renewable for 3 years
Master’s Program:
20 merit scholarships
€10,000 per year
Renewable for 2 years
Eligibility and Evaluation Criteria:
Applicants will be assessed based on:
Minimum 85% CGPA or equivalent
Motivational video prepared according to official guidelines
Recommendation letters:
Bachelor applicants: 1 letter
Master applicants: 1–2 letters
Language proficiency certificate according to the program language
Application Deadline:
Applications must be submitted by March 31, 2026, 1:00 PM (CEST) for candidates admitted in the following admission phases:
First Phase: Dec 17, 2025 – Jan 14, 2026
Second Phase: Feb 4, 2026 – Mar 4, 2026
How to Apply:
Candidates should first register for their chosen program at apply.unive.it. After registration, they can log into the scholarship portal using their virtual Italian tax code to submit their application. Required documents include a color scan of the passport (or EU ID card), with a maximum file size of 5 MB.
Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
The university administration described this scholarship program as a “golden opportunity” for high-achieving students to pursue quality education in Europe.
