CHARSADDA: The Charsadda police on Friday arrested a popular TikToker, Rizwan and recovered a minor girl from his possession, who he sexually abused for a month in the Defence Housing Society (DHA) Rawalpindi.
According to the police statement, timely and effective action by the city police led to the arrest of a well-known TikToker, Rizwan, son of Shaukat, who resides in Gulberg, Peshawar (Khal DHA Rawalpindi). A minor girl was safely rescued in the raid.
The police statement noted that the TikToker had sexually abused the girl for over a month, and further investigations are ongoing.
According to reports, the accused contacted the minor girl from Charsadda via TikTok and lured her away under the pretence of marriage. After exploiting her for more than a month, he abandoned her. Once the incident was reported, police acted promptly to rescue the victim. The girl subsequently filed a formal FIR against him.
District Police Officer Charsadda, Muhammad Waqas Khan, took prompt notice of the incident and formed a special team led by Divisional Superintendent of Police (DSP) City Zardad Ali Khan and SHO Police Station City Imran Khan. The team executed a strategic operation, resulting in the arrest of the suspect.

The police statement said that during interrogation, the arrested TikToker Rizwan confessed to the crime, and the victim has also tested positive for the ordeal as evidence. Police said that further investigations are underway against the suspect, and strict legal action will be pursued.
