WANA: The Wana Waziristan police have arrested the primary suspect, Mohibullah, in connection with the brutal murder of a 13-year-old boy (Shipered) in the Tanai area.

The victim, identified as Imran, was found murdered with his hands and feet tied after he had gone to a nearby mountain to graze goats.

The incident had sparked widespread grief and sparked strong protests from the local community, who demanded immediate justice for the young boy from a local underprivileged family.

Following the tragic discovery, Wana police initiated a high-level investigation using modern technical methods and forensic evidence collected from the crime scene. District police officials confirmed that the suspect was apprehended in a professional manner and subsequently presented before the media and the people of Tanai. During the interrogation, the accused, Mohibullah, reportedly confessed to the killing, leading to a breakthrough in the case.
