PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court(PHC) grants protective bail to MNA Faisal Ameen Gandapur and MNA Shandana Gulzar in separate cases on Tuesday.
Hearing the petition Chief Justice SM Aqeeq Shah granted protectives bail to Shandana Gulzar till November 13 and ordered that petitioner should approach the relevant court within the stipulated time. The petition lawyer said that she is member of National Assembly and a case has been registered against the petitioner in FIA Islamabad, the petitioner wants to appear in the relevant court but could not appear due to fear of arrest. Meanwhile hearing on the protective bail application of Member of National Assembly Faisal Amin Gandapur Justice Muhammad Naeem Anwar and Justice Kamran Hayat Miankhel order to extend the protective bail of Faisal Amin Gandapur.
The court ordered not to arrest the petitioner Faisal Amin Gandapur in the registered cases. Assistant Attorney General said that the federation report has come, there is no case against the petitioner. The lawyer of the petitioner Alam Khan Adenizai Advocate that they have obtained bail in two FIRs against the petitioner. These are such sensitive matters, you people do not care, Justice Muhammad Naeem Anwar remarked and directed to submit a report in 14 days, that how many cases are there against the petitioner, the court.The court extended the protective bail of Faisal Amin Gandapur.
